On 9 December 2025, Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM) held the Ekosistem Kondusif Sektor Awam (EKSA) program, bringing the slogan “Suasana Kondusif, Kerja Efektif”. The program was held near the ostrich park, Bougainvillea as the main zone. The program began at 8.30 p.m. and received an active participation from all the staff.

The program started with a cheerful aerobic session led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Lily Julienti binti Abu Bakar, the Director of Pusat Alumni. It is one of the ways to encourage a healthy lifestyle and to strengthen the community bonding. The activities received a very good response from the staff, as it also created an energetic and cheerful feeling.

After the aerobic session, it continued with the “makan-makan” session, through this it allows them to interact, relax, and foster closer their relationships between different departments. With nasi lemak and variety of kuih-muih selection, it provides a warm and friendly atmosphere for everyone.

To conclude the event, a group photo session was held involving all the staff. The photo session served as memorable capturing moment, showing the bond of staff from various department in ensuring that the EKSA program for this year was a success.

With EKSA program, it shows that UUM is really committed in creating an organized, clean and efficient working environment, which make it align with EKSA’s slogan, “Suasana Kondusif, Kerja Efektif”.
