Biasiswa MyBrain 2016 - MyMaster dan MyPhD
Assalamualaikum wr wbt. dan Salam Sejahtera,
Dimaklumkan bahawa permohonan program MyBrain15 untuk warganegara Malaysia telah dibuka bermula 16 Mac 2016 hingga 30 April 2016, jam 11.59 malam.
Dalam tempoh masa yang tinggal dua minggu ini, pelajar Sarjana dan PhD yang layak tetapi yang belum memohon boleh melengkapkan permohonan pada kadar segera. Bagi tahun 2016, peruntukan sebanyak 300 juta telah diperuntukkan untuk biasiswa MyBrain. Ini meliputi 5,000 peruntukan untuk MyPhd, 15,000 untuk MyMaster.

ITS HOSTS REGIONAL WORKSHOP ON MALAYSIA-INDONESIA RELATIONS

2 February, Sintok – The Institute of Indonesia, Thailand and Singapore (ITS), in collaboration with the Fakultas Ilmu Sosial and Ilmu Politik (FISIP), Universitas Indonesia (UI) and Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) jointly organized a two-day workshop on socio-political issues related to Malaysia-Indonesia relations. The UI team was headed by its Dean, Prof. Dr Bambang Shergi Laksmono, while UKM delegation was headed by Associate Professor Dr. Junaenah Sulehan.

TIMOR LESTE'S INSTITUTE OF DIPLOMACY RECEIVES ITS EXPERTISE

23 January, Kota Kinabalu - Malaysia's Ministry of Higher Education (KPT) has selected UUM’s ITS as one of the expert panels for curriculum development for the Timor Leste's Institute of Diplomacy (TLID). The first meeting cum workshop was hosted by the Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS) between 21-23 January. ITS was represented by its Director, Prof. Dr. Kamarulnizam b Abdullah, while UUM's School of International Studies was represented by Dr. Mohammad Zaki Ahmad, Head of the International Affairs Department. The Director-General of TLDI, His Excellency Ambassador Hernani Coelho was also presence.
